Exploring Navigation Centres

The Recovery Training Institute (RTI) hosted a 1-hour session exploring Navigation Centres and how they bring housing, mental health and addictions support, healthcare, income support, and other community services together in one location, helping Recovery Coaches connect participants with coordinated support.

The session looked at how intake, connection, trust, and belonging support people through the ups and downs of recovery, and how Navigation Centres offer a place to land before a setback becomes a crisis.

• How services can work together to provide coordinated support and meaningful connections, not just referrals
