Building Alumni Culture & Recovery Capital

Join the Recovery Training Institute (RTI) for a one-hour webinar exploring Alumni Culture & Recovery Capital.

This webinar explores how intentional alumni culture, community building, and social planning can strengthen recovery capital and support long-term recovery. The session focuses on three key elements that help build sustainable recovery across multiple pathways: belonging, opportunities to contribute, and shared standards and purpose.

The session looks at how social events, volunteering, mentorship, service, and community leadership can help alumni stay connected, build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and maintain a sense of purpose. It also explores how creating fun, recovery-focused environments built around shared responsibility and community ownership can strengthen both individual recovery and the wider recovery community.
