The Recovery Training Institute (RTI) hosted a 1-hour session exploring what drives participant engagement, trust, and long-term success in recovery-oriented programming. Drawing on years of qualitative and quantitative data, the webinar examined what makes recovery-informed programming meaningful, engaging, and impactful for participants.
The session highlighted the key elements that support participant-centred delivery, including group connection, structure, shared responsibility, psychological safety, and effective facilitation practices. It also explored how intentional program design can strengthen engagement, build trust, and support lasting recovery outcomes.
The session was led by Brian Hamel, Executive Director, RTI | RCAC
