Dr. George De Leon dedicated much of his life to understanding, strengthening, and advancing the Therapeutic Community (TC) model. His work gave the field a clearer framework for what makes a TC effective, and his articulation of Community as Method became foundational to the TC movement.
George leaves an extraordinary legacy in the communities he influenced, the people he taught, and the lives changed through the model he spent a lifetime helping the world understand.
